This week, my first job as a UX Designer in a large company came to mind: Designing and developing a chatbot for one of the sectors of this company.I started with a survey about the characteristics and personality that the chatbot would come to have, based on the preferences of those working in the industry. After all, it would be an internal and daily communication about any doubts that might arise on their part.During the process, preferences were changing.
