In 2021, during the pandemic, the used bicycle market was alive as people sought outdoor activities to escape cabin fever. This impacted organizations such as the Milford Advocacy for the Homeless.  After hearing about their struggle to locate bicycles, I started my own hunt. The more success I had the harder it drove me. I reached out to other homeless shelters and organizations and found this was a common unfilled need.
