Service Interruption with YouTube Imports – Incident details – Wistia

Our service provider that enables YouTube Imports is currently having an outage related to changes made by YouTube. Any url import from YouTube will fail due to this outage. Their expected timeline to fix is a few days. In the meantime, to import YouTube videos we recommend exporting them directly from YouTube or Google Takeout and then uploading those exports.

Issue with player causing videos to not play in certain cases – Incident details – Wistia

There was an issue that caused embeds with the big player button to not play from 9:29AM-10:24AM when an user clicked directly on the big player button to start video playback. Clicking anywhere outside the big player button would still allow playback to work as expected. We identified the issue, reverted the change, and verified that the bug was no longer present as of 10:24AM.

Video customization changes are delayed – Incident details

July 18, 2023 at 5:05 PMWhen customization changes are made to a video, these changes are not immediately being reflected in embeds. Some customizations are also not showing up in the application upon refreshing the page. These changes are being saved in our system, but there is a delay for those changes to show up. We have identified the problem and are actively working on a fix.
