Barcode Options

There are several options for barcodes to be used with FATS. You can purchase pre-printed barcodes, print your own, or use existing barcodes.

Pre-Printed Labels

We sell rolls of durable pre-printed labels customized with your company name and numbering scheme. We can customize labels with materials such as Mylar or Lexan, and a variety of adhesives to meet your needs.

These pre-printed labels are extremely long-lasting, stick great, resist water and physical abuse. There are over a million of these highly recommended labels in use. Our standard label is 2 inches by 1 inch high. Contact us to discuss custom sizes.
Print Your Own

You don't need a special printer to print barcodes. All versions of FATS® will print barcode labels on your laser or inkjet printer. A tough polyester or paper label stock can be purchased from your local office supply store. more»

Existing Labels

Many customers ask us if they can use existing asset tags or manufacturer barcodes for fixed asset tracking. The answer is generally yes. Our barcode scanner will read most barcode symbologies, and we are happy to test a sample for you prior to purchase.
